A once in a lifetime moment to be asked to help plan, organize and deliver the move of the countries three most important documents, The Treaty of Waitangi, Declaration of Independence & The Suffrage Petition, due to travel from their current location in Archives New Zealand to its new exhibition space in the National Library.
Chameleon had to flex its logistic and stakeholder management skills in a grueling 2 months of meetings and planning to create the early morning move. Details were checked and checked again as nothing could go wrong or risk damaging the documents, right down to filling potholes in the road, air suspension transport and even weeks of practices by the crate carrying teams. All proceeded well and the documents made it safely to their new home.
“Chameleon provided excellent event management services to the He Tohu Move event, working to tight timelines. Jamie Wilson was professional and responsive, and worked very well with us to ensure that our multi-staged and complex event was delivered without a hiccup.”
