BRISTOL BALLOON FIESTA Bristol, UK .
The Balloon Fiesta is the largest event of its
type in Europe, with 500,000 visitors and 20,000
cars that have to safely enter and exit the event.
It lasts 4 days and attracts the biggest
line up of music acts on the stage, greater than
any other event to date.
Chameleon Event Management has worked with the event since 1998 and every
couple of years we have been given a different area
of the event to improve.

The first two years Event Management managed corporate
hospitality with the aim of improving the standards
in the sponsor’s marquees. The fiesta also
began to heavily promote hospitality to companies,
either booking an entire marquee or a single table
within. The contract also included the balloonist
facilities with 500 meals, morning, noon &
night.
The last three years took on a very different
role implementing a traffic management plan that
was a total success shown by no public complaints -
A first in 23 years!
